About the Product
Shan Seekh Kabab Masala is a premium spice blend specially formulated to prepare authentic, juicy, and flavorful seekh kababs at home. Made with a carefully balanced mix of traditional herbs and spices, it delivers a rich, smoky, and mildly spicy taste that is perfect for grilling, baking, pan-frying, or air frying. The 50 g pack is suitable for preparing approximately 1 kg of minced meat.
Ingredients
Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Ginger, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Fennel, Dried Papaya Powder, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking Agent).
How to Use
- Mix 1 kg of minced chicken, beef, or mutton with the entire packet of Seekh Kabab Masala.
- Add chopped onion, fresh coriander, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste if desired.
- Knead the mixture well and let it marinate for 30–60 minutes.
- Shape the mixture around skewers to form seekh kababs.
- Grill, bake, air fry, or cook on a grill pan until evenly browned and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with naan, mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Reseal the packet after opening or transfer the contents to an airtight container.
Use before the expiry date printed on the pack.
