Ingredients
Coriander, cumin, red chilli, turmeric, black pepper, dried ginger, dry mango (amchur), fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, bay leaves, fennel seeds, garlic, onion, nutmeg, mace, iodised salt, and other blended spices and condiments.
How to Use
Cook soaked whole black lentils and kidney beans until tender. In a separate pan, prepare a tomato, onion, ginger, and garlic base, then add 2–3 teaspoons of MDH Dal Makhani Masala. Cook until aromatic, combine with the cooked lentils, and simmer with butter and fresh cream for a rich, flavorful finish. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
