Patak Butter Chicken Paste is a mild Indian curry paste crafted to help you prepare authentic Butter Chicken at home. Made with a carefully balanced blend of 8 aromatic spices, including ginger, paprika, cumin, and fenugreek, it creates a rich, creamy, and mildly spiced curry with minimal effort. It is ideal for chicken, paneer, seafood, tofu, or vegetables.

Vegetable oil
Ground spices (including ginger, coriander, cumin, paprika, smoked paprika, and other spices)
Maize (corn) flour
Sugar
Salt
Ginger purée
Garlic purée
Red onion powder
Dried onion
Dried fenugreek leaves
Paprika extract (natural colour)
Acidity regulator (acetic acid)
How to Use
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of Patak Butter Chicken Paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add diced chicken, paneer, tofu, seafood, or vegetables and cook until lightly browned.
Stir in tomato purée, cream, or yogurt and simmer until the ingredients are fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed basmati rice.
Basic Cooking Method
Store in a cool, dry place before opening.
Refrigerate after opening.
Keep the lid tightly closed.
Always use a clean, dry spoon.
